Thanks :) That sounds just fine by me, and I think it makes sense in the context of T20. Without iterative multiple attacks, the best you could ever have is two attacks by fighting with two weapons, unless you're a creature with different natural attack modes. And since the combined attack winds up mechanically being one attack, then it makes even more sense.
