There is also the Blue Rose Quick Start rules which feature the "Bones and Flowers" adventure.

I also suspect that the Mutants and Masterminds 1e book "Noir" would make a handy resource for True20 games in that genre... anyone own this who can confirm?

Thanks! I've added the Blue Rose Fast Play and the Blue Rose Adventure Hook Generator for good measure.

Well, you can use almost anything D20-ish nicely with True20 -- my criteria for that section was for books with heaps of rules that can be stolen practically as is (The Blue Rose Companion would have been in that section if it hadn't already been in the Blue Rose section), or, in the case of the Freeport setting book, was intended to be used with True20, even though it contains (I assume) no explicit True20 material.
If that's pure logic I'll take vanilla.

Is there a conversion document for M&M material to port into True20? If not how do we get the powers that be to make one?

Added "The Blood Throne: Escape From Thel-Kadra" to the library now that it's somewhere other than the Yahoo group. Now, if I could only figure out if the setting's name was "Blood Throne" or "The Blood Throne" ...
