Dude! Stop it, I was totally going to do Jack Burton next! I even suggested it to my wife the other day.
Bluntly ridiculous!

Jack Burton (Big Trouble in Little China, 1986)
“It's all in the reflexes.”

Driver of a truck called the "Pork Chop Express" Jack is a guy who's really full of himself and then gets wrapped up in something much larger than he. Instead of cringing though, he rises to the challenge. These stats represent Jack by the end of the movie.

Role: Human War1/Exp5
Speed: 30 ft.
Abilities: Str +1, Dex +2, Con +2, Int +0, Wis +0, Cha +2
Skills: Bluff 9 (+9), Climb 8 (+9), Drive 9 (+9), Jump 8 (+9), Knowledge (Streetwise) 9 (+9), Notice 8 (+8 ), Sense Motive 9 (+9), Stealth 8 (+10), Swim 9 (+10)
Bonus Feats: Lightning Reflexes
Favored Feats: Diehard, Tough
Feats: Attack Focus (Knife), Attack Specialization (Knife), Connected, Deflect Arrows, Greater Attack Focus (Knife), Greater Attack Specialization (Knife), Snatch Arrows, Weapon Training
Core Ability: Determination
Combat: Attack +6 (+4 base, +2 Dex) (+8 with Knife, +9 thrown within 30'), Damage +5 (+6 thrown within 30'), Defense Dodge/Parry +6/+5 (+4 base, +2 Dex/+1 Str), Initiative +2
Saving Throws: Toughness +2 (+2 Con), Fortitude +5 (+3 base, +2 Con), Reflex +5 (+1 base, +2 Dex, +2 Feat), Will +4 (+4 base)
Virtue: Brave; Vice: Cocky

Creation Notes
 Houserules = None, Jack is 100% RAW.

 The only thing I agonized over was Snatch Arrows. He only does it once and it is while under the infuence of the potion Egg Shen gives him. That could be considered a conviction use. But since "reflexes" are sort of his signature I gave it to him. I could easily subsitute it for "Tough" though.

 I jave Jack some heavy feats devoted to knife use, this is because he flat out DROPS Lo Pan in one hit.

... and I can envision a Narrator banging his head on the table in frustration over that one! :D

Well done!

Here's another Kurt Russel challenge for you. Snake Plisken.

Thanks! To be honest I never was really a fan of the Escape from movies. Sure, I've seen them but nothing stands out in my mind so far as what Snake can do. I know he was originally in the special forces so I imagine he's a high level warrior with toughness and fighting skills out the wazoo.

Roy Batty, Nexus-6 Combat Replicant (Bladerunner, 1982)
“I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tanhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in the rain. Time to die.”

Roy Batty is a Nexus-6 replicant. He is a combat model, and was specifically engineered for combat. Although he has little concern for the fate of humanity, he is deeply moved by the plight of his fellow replicants. There is little he wouldn’t do to ensure that his life and those like him is extended. He refuses to believe that the lifespan limitation of the Nexus-6 replicant cannot be reversed.

Role: Nexus-6 Replicant War6
Speed: 40 ft.
Abilities: Str +2, Dex +2, Con +3, Int +2, Wis +1, Cha +1
Skills: Climb 8 (+10), Drive 4 (+6), Intimidate 8 (+11), Jump 8 (+10), Knowledge (tactics) 6 (+8 ), Notice 7 (+8 ), Sense Motive 7 (+6), Stealth 7 (+9), Swim 3 (+5)
Bonus Feats: All Out Attack, Improved Strike, Lightning Reflexes
Favored Feats: Crippling Strike, Sneak Attack
Feats: Crippling Strike, Diehard, Firearms Training, Improved Grab, Improved Speed, Sneak Attack, Tough 2, Uncanny Dodge
Combat: Attack +8 (+6 base, +2 Dex), Damage +2 (unarmed), Defense Dodge/Parry +8/+8 (+6 base, +2 Dex/+2 Str), Initiative +2
Saving Throws: Toughness +5 (+3 Con, +2 Tough), Fortitude +8 (+5 base, +3 Con), Reflex +6 (+2 base, +2 Dex, +2 Lightning Reflexes), Will +3 (+2 base, +1 Wis)
Virtue: Caring (for other replicants only); Vice: Ruthless

Creation Notes
 Ugh… all these 80’s characters. I am so showing my age here… :?

 Another 6-point character. I did cheat a bit, though, because of his background. (See below).

Background
Nexus-6 replicants have the same benefits as the Human background, plus the following.
Ability Bonus: +2 on any two abilities related to the replicant’s field. Combat models have +2 Dex and +2 Con. Pleasure models have +2 Dex and +2 Cha. Labor models have +2 Str and +2 Con.
Bonus Feat: Great Fortitude, Lightning Reflexes, or Iron Will (pick one), plus one extra bonus General feat directly related to the replicant’s field. Combat models have Improved Strike. Pleasure models have Attractive. Labor models have Tireless.
Naïve: Nexus-6 replicants often have difficulty successfully interacting with “real” humans. They have a -4 racial penalty on Bluff and Diplomacy checks and a -2 penalty on Sense Motive checks. This aloofness and emotional detachment also provides a +2 bonus on Intimidate checks.
Lifespan: Nexus-6 replicants have a four-year lifespan. At the end of this time, the replicant suffers 1 point of Con drain per round. When the replicant’s Con goes below -5, he dies.

John Jay Rambo (First Blood 1982)
John J. Rambo is a troubled Vietnam War veteran who is greatly skilled in all aspects of survival and guerrilla warfare.

Role: Human Warrior 1/Expert 8
Speed: 30 ft
Abilities: Str +2, Dex +3, Con +2, Int +1, Wis +0, Cha -1
Skills: Acrobatics 5 (+8.), Climb 10 (+12), Craft (Trap making) 12 (+13), Drive 10 (+13), Jump 5 (+7), Kn (Tactics) 10 (+11), Kn (Theology) 3 (+4), Notice 10 (+10), Pilot 5 (+8.), Stealth 12 (+17), Survival 12 (+14), Swim 10 (+12)
Feats: Attack Focus (bow), Attack Specialization (bow), Challenge (fast task [craft]), Firearms Training, Improved Strike, Sneak Attack, Talented (Stealth and Survival), Tough, Track, Trailblazer, Vehicular Combat, Weapon Training
Bonus Feat: Tough
Favored Feat: Skill Mastery, Sneak Attack
Core Ability: Determination
Combat: Attack +10 or +11 unarmed Damage +6 bow (+4) Defense +10/+9 Initiative +3
Saving Throws: Toughness +4, Fortitude +6, Reflex +7, Will +2
Conviction: 7 Virtue: Courageous Vice: Vengeful

At first I made Rambo 11th level but thought that would be much too high. After trying to recall some of the movies I decided that Rambo mostly fought (and killed) dozens of mooks. So I am satisfied with 8 levels.

Rambo uses Conviction to gain the use of the Evasion feat anytime an explosive is shot at him. At least once per movie I believe.

Edit: Fixed Rambo as per suggestions. its been so long now I cant think of why I gave him all the damn Expert levels....hmmmm. I really don't like this build.

I like him.

One question, at what point in the series is this Rambo from? Probably not First Blood, I would guess he didn't take vehicular combat until later. He got better with a bow too. Which come to think of it reminds me, he needs to have Weapon Training.

As someone who took Warrior at 1st level, he should have Expert feats as favored feats. He already had access to Warrior feats at 1st level, so Attack Specialization and Tough are not available to him as favored feats.

Also as a warrior, he already gets Firearms Training (or Weapon Training) as one of his 4 starting feats.

I'd say...

Feats: Attack Focus (bow), Attack Specialization (bow), Improved Strike, Skill Mastery (Craft, Notice, Stealth, Survival), Sneak Attack, Talented (Stealth and Survival), Track, Trailblazer, Tough 1, Vehicular Combat
Bonus Feat: Tough
Favored Feat: Skill Mastery, Sneak Attack

He still needs Firearms Training and Weapon Training, but I can't see any other feats to drop in order for him to have them.

Looks like he's a candidate for 10th level after all. :D

Two people have now challenged me to stat up my movie namesake: I accept!

Won't be tonight, though. Tomorrow, if I finish my character for Prescient's SW game in time.

There's nothing in the RAW that states that feats from your first class cannot be taken as favored feats. It's perfectly acceptable to have two warrior feats as favored feats with the intention of taking them at later non-warrior levels. The section on favored feats in the hero creation chapter states that general feats cannot be favored. (Which makes perfect sense.)

Granted, since he doesn't have 6 warrior only feats it's not necessary to pick two warrior only feats as favored feats, but considering his next 7 levels are expert, he gains no benefit from those choices of favored expert feats anyway.

Ashley J. "Ash" Williams (Evil Dead: Army of Darkness, 1993)
“Good. Bad. I’m the one with the gun…”

Ash used to be a caring, kind person. Not anymore, baby. After a series of horrible events over the course of two days and a trip back in time, he is a hardened, angry man. Little phases him, and what does phase him generally just ticks him off. He has a quick wit and is a crack shot with a shotgun.

Role: Human War8
Speed: 30 ft.
Abilities: Str +1, Dex +2, Con +3, Int +0, Wis -1, Cha +2
Skills: Bluff 4 (+6), Climb 2 (+3), Craft (chemical) 4 (+4), Craft (mechanical) 10 (+10), Disable Device 4 (+4), Escape Artist 4 (+6), Intimidate 6 (+8 ), Jump 2 (+3), Notice 6 (+5), Sense Motive 6 (+5), Stealth 4 (+6)
Bonus Feats: Quick Draw
Favored Feats: Improvised Tools, Jack of All Trades
Feats: Diehard, Exotic Weapon Training (chainsaw), Firearms Training, Improved Strike (metal fist), Improvised Tools, Jack of All Trades, Lucky, Skill Training, Tough 2, Weapon Training
Combat: Attack +10 (+8 base, +2 Dex), Damage +5 (shotgun) or +7 (chainsaw, crit +4), Defense Dodge/Parry +10/+9 (+8 base, +2 Dex/+1 Str), Initiative +2
Saving Throws: Toughness +5 (+3 Con, +2 Tough), Fortitude +11 (+6 base, +3 Con, +2 Cha), Reflex +6 (+2 base, +2 Dex, +2 Cha), Will +3 (+2 base, -1 Wis, +2 Cha)
Virtue: Determined; Vice: Selfish
