True fun, true excitement, true adventure: True20!
This is the new home of the Blue Rose forum. The old forum has been locked down for posterity, and this new streamlined version now takes its place. Talk about anything Blue Rose RPG-related here.

With the revised True20 coming out I was wondering if there were any plans to do a revision for Blue Rose; perhaps just incorporating everything into one book? A hardbound edition would be most welcome also.
Has there ever been any interest in doing novels?
As a side note I would like to apologize for my disappearance after starting up my fictions. I got side tracked by life and so did they. I hope to someday go back and finish what I started.

There are no plans at this time but, as always, circumstances (particularly demand for such a product) could change matters.

How we properly generate demand?

I'm pretty sure demand means selling a lot more books.
Gamers are the only people I know that can brag about things they pretend they did.

I was at my local game store today and they had all three BR books together on a shelf. I could not help but think how great a slip case would look for them or better yet a compiled hard cover version with all the details, errata and adjustments for True 20.
I'd love to buy that.
Ever consider any Print on Demand? I have a few books from Lulu and they are really nice.

I would love to see Blue Rose revised. Its ruleset contains many flaws that we have seen True 20 subsequently fixed.
In regard to demand, I am sure you could get several fans to update the ruleset for a very low cost and you could always consider print on demand for reduced cost?
Playing: Paths of the Damned (WFRP); Red Sun SEED (Exalted 2e) Running: Demon Queen's Enclave (D&D4e); Valkyrie (Scion) Planning: Seekers of the Ashen Crown (D&D4e)

Steve, might we see a PDF telling us what to do to update the Blue Rose ruleset to be more in line with True20 Revised?

If someone wanted to take the initiative to put together such a document, I'm sure we'd be happy to host it, but otherwise it's something that would have to wait until it found its way to the top of a staff member's to-do list (probably mine). Since that would take some time, it's probably not going to show up for quite a while.
