For your True Star Wars conversion, would you use these roles as is? I ask because the PCs have some much higher damage potential. Not sure if this will skew your calculations, specifically for the critters toughness.
I probably would, if I didn't already go to the trouble of statting something up. The higher damage means that, like the players, my villains will have to be more intelligent about how they fight. Grab cover, use the Defensive Stance action, etc. to minimize the chances of having to make a Toughness save. Plus, there are two standard features that can vastly increase character survivability. The first is getting to use a damage track. The second is getting Conviction. The combination of those should let anyone survive the first couple of shots. I make no promises for after that point.

Lurker's Base Initiative doesn't change with his Dex. I don't see anything else wrong. (Hopefully I didn't miss anything. ) Handy.

Aww man, thanks so much for doing those ... it'll mean prepping for this Thursday's session that much easier.

You know how it is -- you get started and it's just easier to keep going... I'm going to add some more details like instructions on how to use them, and include the text of the role descriptions.

Awwww. Do I have too? I've got a couple ideas. I'll get looking at it and see what comes together.

ValhallaGH, would it be possible to get your text file of the monster roles document? I'd like to play around with it for my home game, maybe adding Defense and stuff to the tables.
Also I'd really like to see what you do with the War Leader.

I'm about half done, but running into some conceptual issues about the war leader abilities and appropriate feats. The trick is to walk that line between semi-pathetic gang leader and terrifying and capable national war leader. To let both happen within their appropriate level ranges using only the one role. It's a might difficult.

Well, it had to happen. I finally finished the War Leader (I think). He's got a lot of crazy stuff going on, including a 41 Dodge / 42 Parry at level 20. Again, the center is the selectable abilities (up to 10), of which there are 15 to choose from. I'm open to suggestions for either the existing abilities or for new abilities to add to the list. P.S. My personal favorite is Success Breeds Weakness. WAAAGH! wins the name race, though.

Brilliant work as always!
I'm creating an evil adventuring party using your roles + our campaign's backgrounds and the War Leader will come in handy. Thanks!
